I got invited to a birthday party at Caribbean and loved skating so I just kept coming back.
What do you love most about skating?
Racing with my friends and representing Victoria and Australia.
What made you choose speed skating as your chosen sport?
It is lots of fun, I love going fast and have a good time with all the other skaters.
Speed skating takes a lot of dedication for training, what keeps you motivated?
I want to keep improving and training has helped me to get better technique. I know it has helped me improve a lot so I want to keep doing it as one day I want to go to Worlds.
Do you have a favourite race format?
I really like doing short distance but recently I have being also liking the 3km races. I definitely prefer indoor but I am know also working on my outdoor racing.
Goals for the future:
To win a medal at Oceania’s and to always do my best when racing. In the long term when I am old enough I would love compete at international level and be selected for World's.
